This form accepts Toy requests only from local Non-Profit Organizations.

I agree to the conditions of the Local Toys For Tots Campaign relating to Toy Requests:

I agree to be a Toy Distribution Center for the Local Toys for Tots Campaign. My 501(c)(3) charitable organizations information will be provided to needy families in your community so they can contact you to receive toys from Toys for Tots during the 2010 campaign and agree to the following terms:.

Toys donated by Toys For Tots will not be auctioned, sold or otherwise turned over for monetary donations.
Toys donated by Toys For Tots will not be taken out of state for distribution.
Toys donated by Toys For Tots will be distributed to children in the local Toys for Tots Office region to those families who have been screened and meet the Toys for Tots requirements to receive toys.

I understand any violation of the above agreement will disqualify this organization from future donations.

We are seeking your help to make this program as successful as possible and fair to all children by screening the families you support and ensuring the families are in need. Please do not inflate the number of children on your toy request form. We do our very best to make sure each child between the ages of newborn through 14 years receives two toys, one large and one small. We ask you to submit a request to only one distribution center. Sorting requests made to multiple centers costs the program valuable time that could otherwise be spent on collecting and distributing toys.

Toys for Tots’ goal is to provide two toys to each child.
Orders are filled with the toys we have on board when the order is requested.
Organizations must coordinate date and time of toy pickup.
